If you have an eye health concern (infections, mild traumas, eye pain,
double vision, flashes/floaters, sudden vision loss, etc) please call our
office/doctors and NOT urgent care, your family doctor, or the ER at this
time as they need to focus on the pandemic. If you have a life threatening
emergency dial 911. We can provide you services in office or by telehealth
if needed. You may leave a message outside of open hours as well for non
emergencies and we will return your call by the end of the next business
day. As always the doctors are available after hours for eye emergencies.
Just call the office at 574-267-3515 and follow the instructions.
Most contact lenses will continue to be shipped directly to your house at
no additional cost. We are also still dispensing glasses that have been
ordered curb side during office hours. If you break your glasses and need
them for daily life or work that can qualify as urgent care as well.
We will screen all patients for COVID symptoms before providing services.
Masks will be required to enter our building along with a non-contact
temperature screening and symptoms checklist. We will continue to space out

perform constant disinfection and safety precautions. Our doors will remain
locked so please call when arriving at the office. Entrance to the office

Thank you so much for supporting our small business at this time. We hope
to return to full schedule as soon as it is deemed safe! If the local
situation improves we will continue to add more patient hours and
appointment slots. We wish all our great patients the best.
